We are the preferred partner of CDAF Formation for everything connected with issues of ethics and codes of conduct in purchasing and skills assessment of professionals (validation of professional experience processes for example).


  Isabelle BARTH is a university lecturer in Management Sciences at Paul Verlaine University in Metz. Her research works focus on sales in all its forms: sales negotiation, team management and ethics are just some of the topics, along with diversity management.
 

Correl supports organisations in implementing their sustainable development approach and, at the same time, improving their performances. Correl designs and organises initial and professional training modules focusing on sustainable development. It has developed a specific skill for responsible processes: development of charters and reference systems - Assessment of products, service provision and suppliers with regards sustainable development - Design and organisation of training programs.


  Dominique BOURG has been a professor at the University of Lausanne (Institute of Land Policy and Human Environment / Faculty of Geosciences and the Environment) since 1st September 2006. He was a professor at the Troyes University of Technology and lecturer at the Institute of Political Studies in Paris from 1997 to 2006.
 

The EIPM (European Institute of Purchasing Management) is recognised as a leading European organisation in training and research in the purchasing function. We are working closely with the EIPM on a skills assessment tool which aims to reveal areas for improvement for employees.


  Christophe FALCOZ is director and founder of the agency RCF Management. A doctor in management sciences, Christophe Falcoz runs management training courses, consults and conducts research particularly on career management and diversity management.
 

ID&Ethics A company specialising in corporate social responsibility and sustainable development, ID&Ethics advises companies in the development of their ethics strategy: risk analysis (psychosocial risks), establishment of the ethics strategy from the emergence of values, diagnosis and assessments, training and coaching and communications operations.   Cyrille HARPET is an associate lecturer at INSA in Lyon. An expert in sustainable development and industrial risks.
 

Based in Lyon, PARRHESIA is the specialist in supporting companies in their economic and human performance using management (leadership and supervision of teams). PARRHESIA advises and trains managers (from the director to managers on the ground) in all relational aspects of management (group and individual). PARRHESIA specialises in human support for mergers and takeovers through their skill for analysing company cultures.
