Eval’competence® is an online platform for assessing employees' individual and group skills. It is based on a job reference system broken down into activities, then skills, and assessed using 3 types of questions: Self-assessment / Multiple choice / Simulations.

The Eval’competence® system is available in several languages, accessible via the internet using a secure and customized platform.

The "individual reports" are available immediately and allow the respondent to see where he stands within the group. Consolidated "managers reports" give the manager an overview of his team's skill level.

Possible uses:
→ Upstream for identifying specific training needs;
→ During the training process for monitoring what has been learnt and following up the assignment;
→ At the end of the training course to measure progress and development.
