For Socrates, the conditions for an assessment or support services must be as follows:
→ The project relates to a strategic vision (long term challenge); → The ethics and skills assessment measures aim to do a vital job (search for the meaning); → All those concerned with the measures are informed and involved (ethics of discussion); → The measures never aim to assess particular individuals; → Surveys and data are anonymous and strictly confidential; → The results of the work or assessment are sent to all parties concerned.
