OUR VALUES and OPERATING ETHICS

The values that the company Socrates promotes, both internally and in its relationships with its partners and customers but also in its operations are:

Respect: Consideration for others (partners, employees, customers and suppliers) as people and not simply as resources.

Fairness and equality: Granting every person what is due to him in accordance with the law. Keeping promises. Observing the rules. Guaranteeing equal treatment.

Responsibility and professional commitment: Good faith, good sense, honesty and commitment. : Bonne foi, bon sens, honnêteté et engagement.

Courage: Resolve in decision making. Ability to overcome difficulties. Ability to deal with tensions, to overcome the difficult aspects in the relationship, take on responsibility and take a stance

Levelheadedness: Control feelings and impulses, in comments and judgements. Manage emotions. Calmness.

For Socrates, the conditions for an assessment or support services must be as follows:

→ The project relates to a strategic vision (long term challenge);
→ The ethics and skills assessment measures aim to do a vital job (search for the meaning);
→ All those concerned with the measures are informed and involved (ethics of discussion);
→ The measures never aim to assess particular individuals;
→ Surveys and data are anonymous and strictly confidential;
→ The results of the work or assessment are sent to all parties concerned.
